I loved how big and comfy the beds were. the shower room design was awesome! the breakfast area on the top floor had very nice views. I could even grab a drink there in the evening! the hotel's location was killer. So close to the tram. it made getting around so easy!
the wifi was not good :(. it struggled to load even simple web pages.

The breakfast buffet included a great selection. A cooked menu offered a delicious start to each day, plus, you could order various egg dishes from the menu. I loved it.

The location was perfect. It was close to a tram and easy walking distance to main attractions! the hotel is also close to the pier, funicular, and some main tourist spots.

The rooftop terrace is amazing, and it has fine views overlooking the river and mosques! rooms were super clean. They had everything i needed, though the gym could use a few updates.

superb galata stay!

the location is superb, very close to the galata tower. the lobby smells wonderfully nice. the staff members were always helpful and pleasant. the dining area on the sixth floor presents a lovely bosphorus view (a plus!). the room was clean, and the beds proved comfortable.
i did notice slight noise issues as soundproofing could improve. i could hear some sounds from outside the room. this was noticeable, particularly during the evening hours.

the hotel is situated steps away from galata tower. there is a nespresso coffee machine available in the room. high-quality toiletries were a nice touch. the location is perfect for walking around the historical part of the city.

the reception team was excellent. everyone was friendly, cute, and always smiling. i arrived late at night, but the concierge greeted me flawlessly (very smooth!). the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay.

the room i got was smaller than expected. the photos online showed larger spaces, but in reality, the room felt cramped. i paid for a superior double room and received a very small one (i suspect) on the first floor. the bedding had a tear, my toes kept snagging in it all night (it bothered me a lot).
